At nine-tenths of one mile from downtown Palm Springs, this location allows for convenience but also enthralling walks in an array of directions, including an adjacent neighborhood abundant in Midcentury Modern and several neighborhoods with dramatic mountain views. The complex, while quiet in nature and feel, has three swimming pools, two jacuzzis, an enclosed clubhouse and an eye toward and end-to-end harmonious design. It can feel soothing just being there. The condo has a one-car garage and then begins with a staircase that U-turns under large windows and leads to life on the second floor. There's a workspace next to the top of the stairs, with a small built-in desk and a window. The living room feels open-air and includes a bar space adjacent the kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher. Each bedroom adjoins a bathroom. Carpeting, completed in 2024, runs from the start of the staircase all the way through the condo save for the kitchen and bathrooms. The televisions are smart, apparently. The patio allows for outdoor dining and for nighttime sipping underneath stars. The mountain views are of mountaintops when looking straight ahead (with snow visible at some parts of the year), with fuller views off to the left. A grocery (Ralph's) sits seven-tenths of one mile away, with another (Jensen's) just beyond that.
