Everything was great! We had a wonderful stay in Palm Springs.

Good location in a very quiet area. House had all we needed. Only issue is if you have older people with you like we did have them be careful in the spa. There is no rails so some may need assistance getting out. Other than that it’s great and we would rent again.

Amazing stay! Larry, our host, answered all questions promptly and made our stay so easy. The home is impeccably clean, updated, beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and backyard and pool were perfect for sun and relaxation. Four of us were there on a relaxing girls' trip for a 60th birthday and it was just what we wanted. Very quiet, yet walking distance to Starbucks and Albertsons and so close to everything! We will certainly be back.

I have stayed at this property the last 3-4 years I have made the journey to Palm Springs. It is always a pleasure. Never any issues or problems. Beautiful home. Lovely pool. Hot tub is always my favorite. Communication with the owner is always top tier.

We had the most amazing time here. Our host Larry was very responsive and accommodating. The house is on a quiet street and the back area with pool is very private. We really enjoyed the pool, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and welcoming, just like home. Quiet neighborhood. Supermarket and Starbucks close by. Enjoyed my morning run around the area, especially after the rain.

This is a great place to stay with a small group, layout of the house is great, pool and Jacuzzi were awesome! Would definitely book again!

Great home in a great location! Loved the pool!

To my surprise, this is the same property I rented several years ago. I was a welcomed surprise because it was a great stay then, and great this time. There were no issues of any kind. Communication with the owner was top notch. Whenever I get to Palm Springs again, I am hoping to rent from him.

House was excellent. As advertised. Clean, well furnished, great amenities. Easy to downtown & local supermarket. Hot tub and pool difficult access in and out. Because of this, as seniors we were restricted in our usage. Several airline departures starting at. 6:00AM provided unwanted wake-up call.

The property is lovely. Everything was provided that you would need. Nice pool and spa. Larry very helpful and easy to get ahold of

House is directly in the path of departing planes starting at 5:30 AM!There were zero instructions for operating the tv (streaming only) and the host had to come by and put his password in on day one to allow us to use the apps that were available. Also, there are zero check out instructions in the unit. Host said he would text them to us and did not do so. The host skimmed the pool on day two. By the end of the week it had a fair amount of leaves and debris in it. Extra towels were in the mbr closet. Host showed us when he came by to get the tv up and running-he then suggested we could wash towels as we went along and actually said most renters bring their own towels. Make what you will of that attitude. We have rented VRBO’s in Palm Springs for over a decade and this was the weirdest encounter with a host we have had!

The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Easy to get anywhere. The owner was easy to reach and was very kind/helpful as needed. I would recommend this house.

Stayed here for a few days in January and much enjoyed the great communication and accuracy of the listing details. The home is located on a corner lot with a nice private backyard pool/spa. We enjoyed the hot tub on the cooler nights. Definitely feels like home and was well maintained. Highly recommend!

Communication was top-notch: I barely added the question mark or period to the sentence and the answer was there. Property is very clean. It is within walking distance to a major grocery store. It is well-equipped. There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed our stay.

This place is a three bedroom with an office. The office has no door and only a pull out sofa. Also - the main room has a king bed. The other 2 have a queen & a full. This was advertised as 4 bedrooms with 1 king and 3 queens - which is false! There was no toilet paper (we had to go out and buy some), and only a couple of towels. Good location, and clean... But very disapointed that it was not accurately advertised.

House was spacious, kitchen very well appointed and whole house immaculately clean. Quiet neighborhood. Pool and heated hot tub were a welcome way to unwind after a busy day…did I mention wine helped, too? Larry was quick to respond to our questions and was kind and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Girls' get-together. Very nice accommodations, loved the patio and pool. Convenient to places to visit. A little noisy with planes coming in to land though.

Larry made the check in process very easy and the property definitely exceeded expectations in all areas. Would definitely consider this property again when I am back in the area. Thanks again!
