House has fast internet and a free EV charger.brbrThis freshly renovated, one-story house creates a beautiful atmosphere with spacious and luxurious common areas, an electric fireplace and the spa.brbrThe attractiveness of the open living room comes from its high ceilings, diverse seating arrangements, mountain views and the warmth of the fireplace. Guests can enjoy movie nights in the living room on the large flat screen TV or even play board game tournaments to their delight.brbrThe three bedrooms are furnished with attention to detail, with furniture and accessories designed to provide maximum comfort for every guest. All three bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed and a bench or chair. The master bedroom has direct private access to the patio and spa area, and includes its own bathroom with a shower. The road to the house through Ahwahnee is not fully paved.brbrThe property is not fenced and is located in a secluded place. All of the soundings of Yosemite National Park, including urban areas, have the component of wildlife. Some of the local animals that can be observed on a daily basis include deer, turkeys, squirrels, hawks, and rabbits. Not as common animals to see but living in the area are coyotes, bears, mountain lions, raccoons, opossum, skunk, rattlesnakes, tarantulas, and scorpions. Poison oak and poison ivy are also elements of local flora. brbrAll of California, including the Sierra Nevada area, is seasonally experiencing wildfires which are natural occurrences in the area. We're 14 miles from the southern entrance to Yosemite.brbrWe do offer the ability to charge your EV!!! We installed a 220 plug and have the Tesla adapter but you’ll need to bring the converter and the cable. If you have an alternate electronic vehicle, I posted a picture of the 220 plug type to make sure you have the correct adapter. Additionally, we have the plug in the garage, which is normally for owners only. Upon receipt of acknowledgment, I'll give you to code to the garage which has the plug & Tesla charging adapter.br
