Silicone mat for the water bowl too. brbr** Do NOT leave pets unattended or alone in the condo, we have nice neighbors and other renters to consider. ** brbrPets typically are not allowed on rental unit furniture. Pets get on rental unit furniture. We get it! We have cute dog-themed couch covers for each couch - if your pet does want up, please use the covers to protect furniture from those nails, dirt, or other damage. We'd like to keep the furniture nice for future guests as well. Please do your best to wipe paws before hitting the carpet. We just put in new deluxe vinyl flooring and carpeting in September 2019, we'd like to keep it nice as long as possible! We provide a few things just inside the front door to help: a Mud-Buster which is super helpful to wash paws, towels to wipe paws, large drying towel, there is also an extra mat designed to remove mud from paws just inside the door. We will keep the one-time pet fee low (as opposed to the nightly fee that we have experienced over the years), however if there is additional mess, excessive fur or damage, there will be an additional charge to clean/repair (that goes for any additional people-mess too! We have upgraded the kitchen to a chef's kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel Viking appliances. We offer a large entertaining area inside and outside allowing for you to choose the perfect dining experience. The spacious deck adjacent to the dining area holds a private gas grill and outdoor seating. Our living room features a wood burning fireplace to keep you cozy and warm after a fun day on the hill. Sit back and relax even longer with the flat screen Smart TV. Guest rooms include two master suites, perfect for a multi-family getaway or for a large group gathering. The upstairs private master has a king bed, gas fireplace and private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, stand up shower and a soaking tub. The second master bedroom is on the lowest level and has two queen beds, an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. Our Third bedroom boasts a queen bed and has access to a full bathroom with shower/tub as well as it's own desk area if you need to work remotely. The fourth bedroom is a perfect children's hideaway featuring two twin beds and access to the full bathroom (shower/tub combo). Please note the 4th room does not have its own closet. The lower level of the home has an open concept den that offers additional sleeping arrangements with a sleeper sofa. The den also has a flatscreen TV and direct access to our lower deck which has a private hot tub to soak in after a long fun day on the hill. Additional comforts of our elegant cabin include a private laundry room with a washer and dryer, a 2 car garage (with 7'8 clearance) and additional parking for one vehicle in the private driveway and fast wifi. Our home is three stories with three full levels and 8 steps to the main entrance. Our main rules are: No Smoking, No Pets, and a Maximum of 10 guests. All guests of the home will receive a complimentary full access pass to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy the facilities which feature an indoor heated swimming pool, a steam room, Sauna, Full Fitness facility, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle studio and more. After a day or night of activity come home and relax by the gas fire or sit out on the balcony which overlooks the Village as well as a serene forested area. brThe Monache is the newest and most luxurious of the Village properties with a large saline swimming pool and two adjacent outdoor hot tubs. A workout center that overlooks the pool. Open spacious lobby with an amazingl replica of the Devils Postpiles and a beautiful lounge next to the delicious Whitebark restaurant.brA short walk away and your at the Village gondola, your ride to the slopes. In the summer the mountain bike tram picks up in front of the gondola station or you can catch the free red trolley shuttle that will take you virtually anywhere within Mammoth even up to the lakes. Not into biking on the dirt Load your bikes on the trolley and head up to Horseshoe lake for a 30 minute bike ride back down along a paved bike path--perfect for families. It's all right there such that you might forget you brought a car.brLastly, I allow dogs. As a big animal and dog lover I appreciate when guests include their dog in their vacations as I bring my dog everywhere as well. That said I rely on my guests to bring well behaved, non-destructive and potty trained dogs. Once a dog soils in the unit other dogs are much more likely too as well, therefore if a guests dog does go to the bathroom in the unit I will charge a minimum of $50.00.
