Bright & Spacious, 1 Covered Parking, Walk to Eagle Lodge & Slopes

Everything was as described. Parking was a little confusing because the markings in the parking lot were worn off (end of spring when we were there), but otherwise everything was great.

Great for families with plenty of space! My kids loved staying at the property and want to come back again next year!

We loved the location, which was very close to the Eagle lift, We skied 3 days so it was perfect.

Great location - close to Eagle lodge. Happy to have garage parking! Location is on the backside of the bldg and better accessed from street behind Meridian. Jacuzzi was right outside bldg and gym was big.

Nice condo consistent with the pics. Not quite ski-in ski-out, but very walkable to the Eagle lift area. Would stay here again for sure.

She has no compassion or customer service skills and actually was rude in the way she spoke to guests in an unusual scenario of a mega storm. There was a blizzard and all HWYs closed 180 winds and white out blizzard. We have a dog and a pregnant wife and I called to see what can be done in terms of staying an extra day or in another suite she replied that it is not her job to help with anything, You should know how checkouts work - get out outside whatever. Even though she is in guest services and said to get out at check time and that it's not her problem, wait it out outside in the blizzard or book and stay 2-night minimum with her or find another hotel. I am giving you an option. The HWY in/out was closed where is this confirmed guest coming from? didn't try to call them etc. Didn't try to find out if could stay 1 night in another suite. We already stayed beyond the minimum stay. She didn't do anything and was rude. Made my pregnant wife cry. We rushed to pack and our car got stuck three times getting out of the back road that wasn't plowed from many feet of snow from the blizzard. Will never book with this company again. At least speak nicely to your guests! This was a storm that hadn't been seen in 20 years, I told her HWYs are closed I have a dog with me and a pregnant wife and she lashed out. Terrible experience on top of not being able to go anywhere or be able to enjoy the mountain as it was closed. Before the trip, I shared this booking site with many friends as I thought it was a good find and now I am sharing this experience with them. Will never book with this company again and continue to share this feedback online with everyone/everywhere I can in regards to these properties that Escapia manages.

The only thing that needs to be replaced is the mattress in that room. It is super soft. So soft that we took turns sleeping on the sofa.
