You’ll immediately be greeted by the Craftsman’s light blue exterior.brbrThe condo is flushed with natural light and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a skylight), large living room, dining room, fast WiFi, dedicated work space, full sized kitchen with new appliances, and a gazebo. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the top floor of a Historic Craftsman House. brbrOverview:brbrSleeping… two bedrooms.  Both bedrooms feature queen size beds.  Each queen size bed can comfortably sleep two people.  There is plenty of closet storage space to store your luggage and hang your clothing, before exploring Venice Beach.  The couch in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed and can sleep two additional people, for a total of six people staying at our home.  Each bathroom is a full size bathroom, with the master bathroom having both a bathtub and shower. The second bathroom features a shower that has a skylight as a ceiling. The rental is stocked with shampoos, tp, iron/ironing board and extras.  brbrLiving room… a large living room with comfortable chairs, a large couch (which can pull out into a queen size bed), a 65 inch LCD TV mounted on the wall, ready for any streaming service you have logins for.  A gas powered fireplace.  The west facing window offers an ocean view.    brbrDining room… spacious dining room to enjoy a home cooked meal, or delivery, should you desire.  The dining room can easily sit six people as guests have the option of sitting in dining room chairs or the nook. The dining room also works as a dedicated work space, should you need it. Guests will also enjoy super fast WiFi, clocking in at approximately 200 megs down, 20 megs up.  brbrKitchen… large kitchen with a giant Sub-Zero refrigerator, Viking gas stove, plenty of plates, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, martini shaker, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster and microwave. Coffee, tea, cooking spices, salt and pepper provided.  brbrGazebo… as you exit the kitchen you’ll enjoy a Gazebo where can relax after enjoying an excellent meal.brbrBack patio and front courtyard/garden... Enjoy the back patio and the front courtyard/garden. Both the back patio and front courtyard/garden is a common space.brbrWasher and Dryer... The condo has a washer and dryer for your washing needs.
