Charmer Salt Water Pool 2 Story House 2800 sq ft

My family of 11 travelled to California for Thanksgiving to visit with relatives. We picked this spot since it was central to all of their homes. The house was very clean and exactly as shown in pictures! It was very comfortable. The pool and back yard was extremely nice with both sunny and shady areas, with plenty of chairs. It has 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8 comfortably in beds. 3 kids needed to sleep on the floor on mattresses. The location was great for our purposes (it is located on a main street). The only issue we had is we would have like to have a toaster. The appliances all worked great. Anytime we needed anything, George was very quick to reply and take care of whatever we needed. I would highly recommend George and this house!

George is easily one of the best people you’ll ever meet! He’s a really cool guy and made us feel right at home with his warm welcome. The house itself was spacious but in a way, cozy. Towels, extra mattresses, and soap are all provided as well. I say bring your own toaster though :)

We rented this property to gather my family for Thanksgiving. The house was very spacious and clean, and the perfect size for my 7 family members. George was quick to reply and answered all our questions. He was at the house when we arrived and he gave us a tour, which was so helpful. We’d love to come back to stay in the summer to use the beautiful pool! Thanks, George!

Our family and friends went to Universal Studios Halloween Fright night and this home was centrally located for everyone. Burbank Airport, Train Station and Universal Studios. The backyard was nice with a pool and a table to eat at and have some fun times. Really enjoyed the home. The property manager was very responsive to any issues we had. Thanks George! Would definitely stay there again.

George was absolutely amazing during our stay! He was 100% responsive to any questions and requests that we had! If we needed something fixed, he sent his technician to the house. During our stay, there was a fire close by which resulted in ash all over the backyard and pool. We were celebrating our grandfathers 100th birthday and wanted people to hang out outside. I asked if he had a hose so we could wash off the pavers by the pool and patio set. He sent his technician to the house the morning of the party and he spent a good 3 hours blowing, sweeping, and washing the patio. He also cleaned the pool. We were so happy! Not only did the smoke clear up, the day was gorgeous for the party and my grandfather was speechless with all of the love. George, thank you for having our family and letting us celebrate a momentous birthday!

I booked for me and a close friend's birthday and the stay was perfect. Rooms were clean and spacious, plenty of bathrooms for a girls trip. the Owner was very flexible and met all of my request when I arrived. Location is aprox 30 - 45 mins from LA's hot spots. Overall this was the Perfect place.

great house for large family and the pool was very nice. the owner was very responsive to any inquiries and everything was easy. the only item to note is that there cookware is very limited as some other reviewers had noted...but overall, would recommend and would stay again.
