My son stayed here for 10 weeks while doing an internship. The studio apartment was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom had a good supply of towels. The apartment also came with a parking place in the driveway and was in a safe location.

Host was friendly and easy to get along with. I love to walk and tend to use public transport, and absolutely everything was accessible within a 10 to 20 minute walk. Lots of lime scooters and Uber rides were always around too. Had a very comfortable month. Recommended.

Traci is a great host and the studio is very comfortable! The area is easily accessible as it’s right off the freeway. There is parking and it’s very safe. My 22 year old son stayed here for 3 months and the only regret is I didn’t arrange for cleaning services and there was no washer and dryer, which was my mistake. We highly recommend this property!
