Entertainment home with TWO MASTER bedrooms and tons of fun amenities including POOL, HOT TUB, SAUNA on a spacious patio and high ceilings living room with 150 PROJECTOR screen and large kitchen. All that is in a very desirable area with tons of access to local restaurants and malls.br3 minutes from 101 freeway, walking distance to Warner center and Topanga Village. br18 minutes drive to Malibu beach, 18 minutes to Universal Studios, and 20 minutes to Hollywood.brAs you walk into the living room you will see a very spacious living room with 6 piece sectional extra large Restoration Hardware sofa and a connected kitchen area. Massive RH table for 12 people. brFirst door from the hallway you will see a large master (1st)bedroom with RH California King bed, TV and bathroom with jetted tub/shower bedroom. brThe second master bedroom (2nd)with Cal King is located behind the kitchen with its own private bathroom (shower). brThe third (3rd)bedroom has two queen beds and 55 TV.brThe fourth bedroom (4th)has a queen bed. All together there are 2 king and three queen beds in the house. There are also 3 huge (larger than full mattress size)sofas in the living room that can be used for sleeping as well.brThere is a 65 inch tv in the living room and 150 projector screen and a large door to the backyard that you can see sunsets. brThe backyard is what we are most proud of. There is a 4-person electric sauna that only takes 20 mins to heat up, the always on hot tub for 5 people and 8 feet deep pool that absolutely must in Los Angeles. Weber grill. The 12x20 Gazebo with large comfy 5 peace sectional sofa and fireplace table that can easily accommodate two families. brNo parties are allowed.brGuests may access the whole house expect the garage which is currently converted into the gym.brWe are often not in town, so we prefer guests to rely on self-check-in and address all their questions either via text or call. We are always available over the phone and usually respond within 10 minutes.brThere are tons of restaurants and nice areas to hang out with kids or romantic dinners. We highly recommend checking out Westfield Topanga Village which has entertainment for everyone during both day and evenings. There are two gyms nearby and tons places to order food. Wholefoods and Trader joes is very close (less than 8 minutes drive).brYou can walk to the grocery stores and restaurants nearby but having a car is more preferred since it is LA and the house is in quite family friendly neighborhood. There is a bike trail nearby and walk to the Trader Joes is around 18 mins. Very safe place to walk especially during sunsets as there are greats views from the hillside area.brPlease note that house is not child proof and pool doesn't have a fence. If you have small kids, please take that into account.The pool heating is an additional fee and is currently not included in the nightly rate.brAdditionally, due to frequent earthquakes in CA the tiles move and create uneven surface regardless of how many times it has been replaced and repaired.
