Itbrincludes three bedrooms (two of which overlook the lake) and two bathrooms. Boulder Crest is ideal for sharing sincebrthe “bunkroom”, which contains two double beds built into the pine walls, has its own entrance, bath and deck. There is a queen-size bed in the main bedroom; a double bed in the guest bedroom; two doubles in the bunkroom. Writers have gotten Emmy awards and an Oscar nomination for the work they have done here, but they still had to go down the outside stairs to the bunk room to take a shower because the upstairs bath has only a tub. They had to supply their own firewood, and live with a 50 TV.
