brLarge custom 5B/4.5B pool/spa home with over 3000 sq.ft. centrally located in a small private gated community in the heart of La Quinta. No long drive to everything like you get being down in PGA West or Trilogy!brbrAs you enter the front courtyard to the left there is an attached Casita (apartment) with it's own private keyless access. Entering the house you notice the 10 ft. ceilings in the large living room adjacent to the dining room with a table that easily seats eight, this area overlooks the large, covered back patio next to the large pool deck with an oversized saltwater pool and spa complete with great mountain views.brbrDown the hallway to your right you will find a chef's kitchen with an abundance of granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a large island, as well as a built-in wine refrigerator. There is seating for four more in the kitchen. You will find everything you need to prepare the best meals. Next to the kitchen is the family room with a 60 4K TV, Xbox One and DVD player, nice comfortable seating, and custom built-ins. Just off of the family room is a powder room.brbrWith five bedrooms there is plenty of room. The Master suite has a king bed, private access to the patio and a large 55 HD Smart TV. The spacious ensuite bathroom has travertine counters, dual sinks, a large tub, and an oversized tile shower with a big bench seat. There is a large walk-in closet. The second king bedroom, across the hall, also has an ensuite bath and a 43 HD Smart TV. At the other end of the house past the family room you will find two queen bedrooms each with a 40 HD Smart TV's, and between them there is another bathroom also which has a tile shower with a bench seat. Outside the front door of the house is the Casita (apartment) with it's own ensuite bath with a large tile shower and a 40 HD Smart TV and King size bed. High speed wireless Internet is accessible in every room. There is a mesh 6 wifi system so there's great wifi coverage from the front porch to out by the pool and everywhere in between! Home phone w/answering machine and free calling to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada.brbrThe backyard has a fabulous covered patio with comfortable seating that overlooks the pool deck. One must be housed in the garage and the second car can be parked on the driveway. No street parking is allowed. Please advise if you plan to bring a golf cart.
