Excellent WIFI throughout the entire home and Casita. Flat screen TV's, Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Showtime, HBO MAX, streaming services and even a DVR if you wish to record a favorite show and watch it later when you return. (DVRs are in the master/main bedroom and living room only). For May through September, we can heat the pool for $50 per day. The TV has both Cable and Streaming options including a DVR. There is a fireplace and comfy throw blankets for chilly evenings outside. Large sliding doors as well and a beautiful sitting area in the interior courtyard off the Great Room adjacent to the billiard table. There is still, however, community noise ordinances within the HOA and they ARE monitored closely. To this end, you must make sure your guests that you are responsible for understand this. Loud music, parties or any other circumstance that would cause security to be called to the home are not tolerated and you will be responsible for significant fines should this occur. Please be advised. brbrWhat Covid has done is put tremendous pressure on the rental community from the locals who are dead set against rentals being available in the first place. We ask that you pay special attention to this during this unusual time in our history and respect our neighborhoods. We thank you for your understanding in this regard. The community in general is worried about visitors and extremely sensitive to these issues inside the community itself. While there are no homes that look onto you, there is a home next door on both sides and the golf course. brbrWe simply ask that you use common sense and understand that while it is your vacation, others live there full time. The other patio has comfortable seating to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening drink. As you will see in the photos our home is professionally decorated with very comfortable furnishings It is so beautiful it may have been a model home.brWe have a 65 inch smart TV in both the living room and one of the bedrooms with Netflix,Amazon Prime and many other streaming channels,we also have expanded cable and WIFI.brbrOur kitchen is a dream with stainless steel appliances and just about every kind of small appliances and gadgets to create a wonderful meal.
