If you`d like just the jacuzzi heated it is $65 per day. brThe pool takes time to heat up so we MUST know in advance. The jacuzzi will not be on when you arrive unless you explicitly request it. Otherwise you can turn it on when you arrive and it will take about 45 minutes to fully heat up.brDO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT AND TRY TO HEAT THE POOL YOURSELF. There is a $1000 penalty fee.brbrIn order to maintain the cleanliness of the pool and yard we have cleaning scheduled every week at any time between 11am-3pm. NO DOGS IN THE POOL. Pet hair destroys filters. No cats. There is a one time pet fee of $75 per dog, 2 dogs max. Please don`t allow your dogs to go into the bedrooms or to be on any furniture. brbr8) DO NOT leave doors open when it is hot outside. It will suck the cool air out and make the house extremely hot. It will cause strain on the AC and eventually break it. brbr9) Please do not leave the spa running all day, turn it OFF after using it.brbr10) Remember to put keys back in lockbox when you check out. There is a $35 fee for lost keys. brbr11) The cleaning fee only covers standard cleaning. It has beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and the Nicklaus golf course. brThere is a spacious living room, three bedrooms all with there own ensuite bathroom.brOutdoor features include a heated pool and spa along with plenty of lounge chairs and a patio table with six chairs, built-in fireplace and a gas barbecue.brbrThe main house has 1 large bedroom with a large master bathroom and half bathroom. The kitchen and living area are very open with large windows for great views of the golf course, mountains and the pool.brThe front courtyard has two attached casitas with their own doors and full washrooms. Each are there own private suite.brbrOutdoors there is a pool and spa with a remote on the exterior of the house to control the spa, lights and jets.brbrHidden at the right side of the house are three citrus trees with lemons, oranges and grapefruit. Help yourself by picking some fresh organic fruit.brbrPOOL|SPA:brPool: $100/daily fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee).brSpa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees.
