Golfer's Paradise: Gem w/ Hot Tub in La Quinta

Quiet location. Loved the hot tub. Check in was great.

Was as described. MBR bed too soft, woke up with sore back. Having to take garbage with you as leaving was a headache. Why can’t just leave in the trash bins in the garage?

The hot tub was clean and beautiful! The temp was just right and the waterfall was wonderful!The condo was very clean, and they were very thoughtful with extra blankets, games, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will be coming back again!!

Great condo, very clean, beautiful patio with lovely hot tub, excellent view of mountains, well appointed. Do recommend however, few issues along the way that need to be rectified for future renters. All screen doors broken, off tracks, dont fit or stay on. Master slider blinds falling off. Master bed is so squishy that we ended up sleeping on the couch for the rest of our stay. Guest bed was so firm it hurt our guests back as well. Both need to be replaced. Master bathroom had a funky smell that needs to be found.

We loved the overall location and atmosphere st PHA West. We have stayed at many different condos here. This particular unit was quite dirty and needs updates. The kitchen has the bare minimum. Cookie sheets were put away dirty; no tea kettle; pencil drawer had many stains and pantry cabinet had what appeared to be active mold growing. The hallway smoke detector was hanging by the power cables from ceiling. Our master bath had a broken towel bar. Although we loved the private hot tub on the rear patio, I would not recommend this home to anyone. I tried reaching out to our host, but nothing was resolved during our stay.

Great location, well furnished, very clean

Another successful stay at a PGA West property. This turnkey unit is ideally situated on the Palmer course. It is very easy to get in and out from the main gate and is centrally located, the perfect place to explore the area. It is a beautiful, quiet place to relax and unwind. The only complaint that I have (and it's very minor) is that the instructions and rule book of the house, which is prominently displayed and worth a read, some of it (in my opinion) is a bit of an overreach. It might be a combination of the HOA rules and what the owners expect. They should be clarified upfront. Because even as a I read it wasn't really clear and did not really make sense given the trash pick up day. One rule asks that you take your garbage with you when you leave. That is a very specific request and, if required, should be discussed upfront. It feels like a campsite rule. Fortunately, our stay fell on a trash pick-up day, and we were able to leave the cans out on the street. The second request is that we wash and fold the sheets and the towels. I am a big believer in leaving a place better than we found it, but that seems like NOW we are working for the owner. Also, if I am paying a service fee on top of the daily rate, that should be part of the cleaning fee. Regardless, my wife was happy to do it. These are two little gripes and should not take away from a great place to stay.

The rental was very comfortable. Enjoyed the welcome basket, which was thoughtful and for our brief stay the townhome had all the essentials we needed for a pleasant stay. Dwight was very helpful upon our arrival to answer any questions we may have.

Nice view of the Santa Rosa mountains and the 8th tee at the Palmer Private course. The home was clean and perfect for our two couples. Property manager Dwight was fantastic, engaging us proactively to ensure we had everything we needed. We asked for the windows to be cleaned for a better view and presto, the next day, they were done. We will stay here again if it's available.

The condo was spacious, clean, and we really enjoyed the hot tub. I would stay here again.
