There are also two community pools walking distance from our house. The closest is basically just across the street while the other is a slightly longer walk but has beautiful golf course views! Our home is peaceful and relaxing; an ideal home away from home.brbrWe have everything you can need for your stay. Again this has been our family vacation home for years, so it is set up with everything you could ever need. We have just recently had a new AC unit installed and there is a washer and dryer. There is a large fridge, wine fridge, toaster oven with air fryer, oven, stove, coffee maker and all of the kitchen utensils and cooking tools you could need. All of the towels and bed linens are provided. We will also start you off with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap and cleaning supplies. There is driveway parking and our house is pet-friendly!!brbrLa Quinta has been an up and coming spot in the desert for years. Our house is located in a gated community on the Dunes Course, part of the La Quinta Resort and Club. Two community pools are within walking distance from the house. One is just across the street from the house, the other has a view of the golf course as well. We are located about one mile from La Quinta Resort, a mile and a half from Old Town La Quinta, about 4 miles from both the Empire Polo Club (Coachella and Stagecoach) and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and 5 miles from a variety of PGA Golf Courses. Downtown Palm Springs is about 20 miles away.
