Our pool service usually happens in the morning, as early as 7am but the timing can vary. That said, this is the valley, and we can not completely avoid the potential for bugs. This is our second home in the area and it has thus far proven to be relatively bug free.brbrBeyond bugs, another thing about the Coachella Valley you should know about is the possibility of wind & sand. Whenever the temperature changes dramatically from one day to the next there is a good chance of a wind storm blowing sand everywhere in its path. This mostly occurs in the fall and spring and carries the potential of making a mess of the pool until the next pool cleaning day.brbrOur heated swimming pool is a smaller size and won’t accommodate a lot of people at the same time. It is configured to maintain 82 degrees between 9am and 9pm (at no additional charge). This means that the heater will first start up at 9am and if the water is below 82F degrees it'll start heating it and will stop once it hits that temperature. Depending on the weather conditions this may happen in the morning, later in the afternoon, or in some cases it may be too cold and stay below 82 degrees. brbrSpeaking of the pool, we want to make you aware of our pool access alarms. All doors that exit to the pool area are equipped with a pool guard alarm system to ensure the safety of everyone who uses the pool, especially children.
