The Half Dome bathroom on the main floor is ADA wheelchair accessible with a removable elevated toilet seat and shower chair.brbrThe grounds surrounding the Lodge have two lawn areas. The lower, larger lawn area features the Gazebo with an incredible view as the backdrop. This area is often used for weddings.brbrThe upper lawn area is a favorite for watching the beautiful sunsets. This freshly painted cabin and brand new floors was lived in by us for 3 months so you will be fully stocked with everything you need. We are just 24 miles from Yosemite National Park, very close to Rainbow Pools, Carlon Falls and Hetch Hetchy and of course just minutes away from Pine Mountain Lake.brThe spacebrYou will have 1600 sq feet of living space all to yourself. As you walk in, the open floor plan is very inviting with a family room, dining room and kitchen in the center of the home. To your immediate right is the den with a queen sized murphy bed and open space to play games or read. Past the living room is our master bedroom with a master bath. You will get cozy on our cal king bed and the ceiling fan will keep you cool. Down the hall you will find a laundry room, another full bathroom and two bedrooms. The bedroom to the left has a twin over full bunkbed and the bedroom to the right has two twin bunkbeds . The kids will have so much fun reading books or playing games. This is a new listing as of July 2025. This A-frame cabin offers great views, privacy and all amenities that are required for a comfortable stay. 25miles from Yosemite entrance and a 5min drive to a local Pine Mountain Lake.brbrThe home has just been listed as of July 2nd 2025 and while overall it is good to go, it is not all 100% ready, but is about 95%+. It recently went through a full remodel and a few minor things still need to be addressed and will be within the next few month. We will add more and change some furniture/chairs/nightstands etc. We will change some of the light fixtures and decor. You may see a missing bulb or two (mostly because if all bulbs where in, it would be too bright).brbrAnd for those small imperfections I`m going to apologize upfront.brbrThe home has 3 queen beds with comfortable mattresses. 2bedrooms and 1bath on main level and an open loft + 2nd bathrooms upstairs. Huge outside deck is ready for your BBQ. Very strong central A/C system, WiFi internet and some of the best mountain views that can be there. Bring your family and enjoy the summer. Night sky is phenomenal off the deck and don`t be surprised if you see deer, turkey, bald eagles and an occasional bear.brbrThis A-frame cabin is located in a gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, CAbr25miles from Yosemite National Park. 5minutest from the lake, store and restaurants.brThere are 3 queen beds.brbrHome is inside a gated community and HOA charges all guests $50 per carper stay.
