Spot will fit a standard car, but not any extra oversize vehicles such as large trucks or SUVs. Very short walk from the parking spot into the unit--up one flight of stairs but otherwise very close. There is also a small elevator near the main entrance to the building--a little bit farther walk to the unit but also not a far distance. This is a smaller condo building, not a big complex.brbrAt the moment there are only 31+ stays allowed. We will supply a good amount of starter supplies of everything you'll need--all soaps, paper products, cleaning products, etc., however please note replenishing supplies with be up to guests during their stay.brbrThis is a condo building, not an apartment building and it's very important to us that our guests respect the building and do not cause any disruption to our neighbors. Parking is only allowed in our reserved parking spot at all times and no items can be left outside the front door of the condo that block the walkway. Quiet hours need to be respected from 10pm-8am.brbrBedroom #1 features an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower, lots of closet space, loveseat and dark curtains (technically blackout blinds, but not quite blackout in use due to the the way they sit on top of the window frames).brbrBedroom #2: corner window with blackout curtains, large closet.brbrBathroom #1: tub/shower with newly tiled floors, quartz vanitybrbrBathroom #2: accessed from the hallway.
