Seabluffe is a 24-hour, guard-gated community with beach access next to one of the best local surfing spots, Grandview Beach. Seabluffe Community features two wonderful pools (one heated year round), a jacuzzi, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a small children’s playground, basketball hoop, beautiful greenbelts, platform to watch sunset, and a private stairway with access to our beach.
