Renter further agrees once a payment to retain the home has been made, the terms of this contract specify no refunds. Please inform all guests no self tanners, Proactive skin products or products with bleach are allowed into the home. Oily suntan creams and makeup also permanently stain sheets and towels. These items will all stain and damage the bedding and towels. Guest is responsible for permanent stains to sheets and towels.brbr18. The home, as is all beach homes, is run off a sump pump. Do not place anything besides toilet tissue in the toilets, even items labeled as flushable are NOT, and plumbing will stop working. Food scraps should be placed in trash can and not down the drain.brbr19. You have two parking spacesbr20. There is an elevator from garage to front doorbrbr21. check out at 10 ambrbr22. Although we will do our best to locate missing items, We are not responsible for guest items left in the home after check out.
