The sideyard is also yours and we plan to put in additional outdoor features like hammock, firepit, and possibly putting green. There are also two stories in the house with stairs in between. The upper level (stairs from the garage and/or entryway) has the living rooms, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.brbrWe do not recommend this house for families with small children as the stairs are open and no baby gates are provided.brbrThe sleeper sofa (in the TV room) is roughly a full sized mattress.
