All guest vehicles must be parked in the driveway. No Guest street parking at any time. Music/Noise must be kept to a low level and never be audible at the property line, to disturb our neighbors. No parties. Maximum of 6 occupants at our property at all times, 24/7. There is ZERO Tolerance for violating any of the Ordinance or City Code regulations.
