We are not responsible for valuables left in your guest room, common areas or vehicles.br•Supervise your children at all times.br•The playset is recommended for children age 3-11. Please ask your kids NOT to move the rocks around.brbrbrCheck out:br•Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Staying beyond 11:00 AM is considered as staying another night; you will be charged accordingly.br•Please wash all used dishes before you leave. br•Clean out the refrigerator and remove all food items.br•Leave ashes in the fireplace. We do not want you to be responsible for any fires!br•Do not turn off the thermostat. Leave the thermostat set at 50-55°F to avoid the likelihood of pipes freezing. If the thermostat is turned off and the pipes freeze, the tenant will be held responsible for damages.br•For check out, Please leave the key on the coffee table and the front door unlocked. The cleaning crew will arrive after you leave. There is a $10 charge for lost keys.
