More information can also be found in the information binder located inside the home.brFeel free to bring chairs and umbrellas and hangout on the dock. PLEASE note, the dock is near open water and the wakes on the lake can get very rough. Please take the time to safely and securely tie up your boat. We are not responsible for damage in the event that your boat hits the dock. br*If you want to launch a boat you can do so at the public boat launch for free.br*Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder onto the neighbors property.br* Early checkin and Late check out must be arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The small town of Oakhurst is 5 miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake is a reservoir owned by PG&E, so it reaches peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered to 50% during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. Boat docks/boat slip are not in the water year-round. Fully stocked with pots pans cooking utensils for any kind of cooking you will be doing. Also stocked with Dining utensils and glasses for the whole entire family. This is a legal medical excuse and have been through this before so please don't risk it because we will legally fight any service animal arguments. By booking our cabin your agreeing to these Cost!! We have cameras at every entrance specifically for this reason, and Our cleaning crew does looks for pet evidence . I take this extra serious for my sons sake !! There is many pet friendly cabins in bass lake sorry if we lose your booking over this but my son is our world . (First come first serve)brbrbrPrivate Boat launch and Marina - brbr br You will have 24/7 access to Marina Views private gated marina and boat launch!! That is located 3 houses away from our cabin . br Launch your boat with out the craziness and stress of having to wait in the long lines, avoid the stressful rush at the public ramps .(that during holidays run out of trailer parking.) You also get to avoid the $20 fee to put your boat in the water and $20 fee to take your boat out of the water!! Can't go wrong with VIP amenities! br ( $200 fee to replace lost gate card , that's literally how much we have to pay for a new one so please don't lose it lol) br Our boat slip is a short walk from our backyard!! (that does include LOTS of stairs and an small incline . ) br ♿️ For handicap accessibility, you can drive your guest to our private marina, park for the day walk down the ramp that has no stairs and be picked up by boat. br Only one car is allowed to park at the marina during the day . ( not over night, you will be towed ) br You must take your truck and trailer out of the marina after launching and move it back to the cabin, or the dirt lot outside the marina gate !! You can reverse your boat trailer in front of our house for free storage, or you may pay the pines resort to store it in their boat parking lot , what ever makes you comfortable!brbrbrOff roading / bike trails ‍♂️ ‍♀️brbrbrOur cabin is 1 min bike ride from the famous 007 bike trail there is also multiple bike trails around bass lake from beginners to experienced! 007 being one of the most desired you will have the luxury of being right next to it with our cabin .br 30 second drive from our cabin is the entrance to central camp road that leads to shuteye peak beasore Road for all you 4x4 riders , bring your Jeep's side by sides and drive it from the cabin to the entrance for a day out on the trail. Also look into Miami trails for more dirt bike quad n side by side friendly trails . Entrance is 10 min from the cabinbr brbrSwimming and boating- ⛵️brbr Our cabin is located on the south side of bass lake closest to the dam. (Deepest side of the lake) We also have the largest 5mph no wake zone of bass lake right in our back yard ! , so makes great for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking or just beaching it and taking in those rays. We have floats, swimming toys, some life jackets and fishing poles located in the garage for all our guest to use during your entire stay! BOOKING OUR CABIN YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR RULES ! -We have ring cameras that are on 24/7 that turn on with motion and also record sound . 1 is located at the front door bell , 1 is in the garage facing the garage door, 1 is outside by roof facing the main road, 2 are outside both backyard exit doors facing away from the exit doors . One is located on the bottom deck facing small exit gate to dirt walk way. No Cameras Are facing in the cabin or facing in to bed rooms . **We have a ring camera that is located in the upstairs private locked room located next to the laundry room . that is LOCKED and not available for any guest to enter . It’s there for our security of our personal belongings, and only records when it detects motion in that specific room. There is a warning sign on that specific door that it is private only accessible for employees, and that there is a camera inside if you do enter. We are like most Americans have security cameras outside our house to help protect our gem , we only rent our cabin out 3-4 months of the year, the rest of the time it’s our private home so we have them up for our security and leave them up during the short rental season. It might seem like we have to many but our home is 5000 sqft with 2,000sqft of outdoor living not including the front yard .
