If you throw a party we will ask you to leave and reserve the right to charge you up to $500. br- No smoking of cigarettes, marijuana or vaping allowed. If you smoke on the property or there is smell of it you will be charged additional cleaning fees of up to $250 depending on cleaning needed. br- We love dogs and we want you to feel at home with yours. We just don't want to clean up after them. We provide a pooper scooper and waste bags to clean up after your pet. Unfortunately if you leave behind pet waste we have to charge you additional cleaning costs of up to $125 fee for pet cleaning. br- Please let us know of any pet accidents when they occur to avoid any additional cleaning fees or damage costs.

GOLD!brThe cottage has an open concept with a queen bed, a leather sectional, and a sleeping loft with a twin mattress. Well appointed kitchen with a full size refrigerator, large microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, gas stove, counter top convection oven, blender and coffee grinder for the fresh beans.brThere is a desk area if you need to get some work done and a great ductless A/C and gas fireplace if you want to enjoy a fire.brWe are here to help with directions, instruction and suggestions.
