The large bedrooms on the upper two floors provide plenty of privacy and elegance. The second floor features a large primary sun-filled bedroom looking over the front street with private bath, and two additional bedrooms with a jack and jill bath. The third floor has two additional large bedrooms with tall ceilings and views and a shared jack and jill bath. There is one parking space in the back and street parking for an additional car. This unit shares the huge structure with a separate basement apartment. The house is very well-lit and has excellent views.
