Stayed Nov 27, 2024We stayed at this location for several days over Thanksgiving. Communication was fast, the location is perfect (2 blocks from the metro, and a Target, as well as several restaurants). Our group included 6 people, myself, my husband, our 2 teen/adult children, and my parents. There was enough room for us to have our own space. Would stay here again!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024We had our two adult sons and their 3 oldest children (2-seven year olds and a 4 year old for a weekend in DC House had enough space upstairs and my husband and I took advantage of the English apartment Colin was very responsive to all inquiries Walking distance to metro and excellent places to eat .

Stayed Jun 9, 2024Colin was quick to communicate and even allowed us to check in when the cleaners were done. The place is spacious and roomy for a large family. Street parking was easy with the parking passes. The location is close to the Columbia Heights metro stop so you can quickly get to the Smithsonian and DC attractions. we had a great visit!

Stayed Mar 10, 2024This property was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. Just 2 blocks from the Green line, we didn’t need a car, and the walking was safe. Colin was great to work with and made the process extremely easy. The basement apartment included was a huge plus, as it gave the newlyweds their own space. Please consider this property for your next stay.

Stayed Dec 17, 2023We had a fabulous stay at Colin's place. It has everything you need and more! My family of food and coffee lovers were very pleased with the setup in the kitchen. I've stayed in many, many vacation rentals and this is the first one with a KitchenAid mixer and Cuisinart food processor. Also, the art and antiques in the townhome are lovely. The neighborhood has several good restaurants within walking distance. We had a car, but never had a problem finding parking on the same block as the house. This is a great place to stay and we'd definitely stay here again.
