Beautifully updated 1 bedroom English basement apartment (approx. 800 sq ft) in our 1920’s home. Guests will have access to the entire apartment which includes 2 private entrances (front and rear), kitchen, dining room, coffee bar, bathroom, dedicated workspace, living area, bedroom and 1 off-street parking spot (with the exception a locked owner's closet) . The apartment is completely separated with its own separate central A/C & heating system that you control. We are less than a 1 minute walk to the Stadium Armory metro stop.brbrBooking with us includes FREE DIY BREAKFAST which includes a waffle maker, mini pancake griddle, pancake/waffle mix, grits, oatmeal, breakfast bars, water, etc. brbrWe are located less than a mile away from over 30 local restaurants, bars, grocery/convenience stores, parks, recreational fields and more. brbrThe kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, full size appliances, etc. There is also a fully stocked coffee bar with a Keurig coffee machine, K-cups, tea, etc. The dining room has seating for 4. There is a dedicated work space with a desk and there is WiFi in the home and a printer. The living room has a queen size sofa bed, 42 Smart TV (with free Netflix & Hulu). There is a full bathroom (that has a tub/shower combo) that is stocked with toiletries, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, etc. The bedroom is an intimate space that has a double bed and full size closet as well as a washer and dryer.
