Two blocks further, an enclosed playground includes sculptures and a large splash pad - perfect for kiddos!brThe star of the neighborhood is the Eastern Market itself, which is about an 8 minute walk from the home. Baseball fans will love the quick access to the Washington Nationals stadium at the Navy Yard. In addition, we are 1-3 blocks away from several Capital Bikeshares and bus lines, including the 30S, 36, 90 and more! You can buy SmarTrip tickets (like plastic credit cards) or paper tickets at the station, the SmarTrip cards give a better rate per ride than the paper tickets.
