The suite does have a few walkable places for coffee, convenience grocery shopping, and dining. Getting into the downtown area is about a 15-25 min drive of city driving depending on traffic and which part of town you go. The 700 sq ft apartment features tin ceiling, wainscoting, and polished brick floors. It's minutes from the sights, restaurants, museums and night life of Barracks Row & H St.brbrThe kitchen, bathroom, and brick floors, were completely renovated in 2013. The kitchen is full service (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal) and equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware, and basic utensils.brThere is a small laundry washer and dryer for those longer stays.brbrThe bedroom features a queen bed. We can also provide a spare queen-size foldable memory foam mattress (that can be laid on the floor). Sleep arrangements best suit 2 adults, and will be a snug fit for 2 adults with 1-2 small children or 3 adults.brbrAll sheets/towels/shampoo and soap are provided.brbrThe main living space has a table that seats four, a couch, chair, a desk, a 27 inch flat screen TV with cable provided.
