Stayed Apr 26, 2019This apartment is in a very convenient location. We walked to the Capital. There are shops and restaurants nearby as well as the subway. We always felt very safe. It is a lovely neighborhood.

Stayed May 4, 2025Great apartment in lovely neighborhood, just what we needed for our visit to DC. Comfortable, tastefully decorated. Kitchen with everything needed. Nice to have washer/dryer as we had just been in NYC for 5 days. Charming neighborhood for walking. Close to everything we wanted to see. Great restaurants close by as well as Metro Station. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Stayed Apr 2, 2025This VRBO is in the ideal location as long as you are okay with walking everywhere, because everything is close enough that it doesn't feel worth trying to find parking; the scooters you can find around the entire city are worth it if your legs get tired. The place included so many little things we didn't think about, like a hair dryer, cookware, and even hair care supplies like Shampoo. The owners also responded to messages quickly and recommended restaurants when we asked. They left a binder on the counter full of information as well.It could fit a small family, but we do think its especially ideal for two people.

Stayed Sep 21, 2024Great space for a couple. We walked and took the metro to the White House area, Arlington Cemetery, DCA Airport. Super convenient if you don’t mind some walking to/from the metro. There are also rental bikes nearby. Nice walkable neighborhood with Trader Joe’s fairly close. Kitchen is great, washer/dryer. Would stay here again.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024We bring our grandchildren to Washington when they are 12. This is an excellent location because it is close to the Capitol. Also, the Metro has 3 lines coming in so we didn't have to wait long for a ride. This VRBO is fine for 2 people. Our granddaughter slept on a small sofa and was fine. If she were taller, it would have been difficult for her.
