When we remodeled this 7,200 square foot home in 2017, we chose to have the option to lock off and rent a portion of both the downstairs and upstairs. The downstairs has a fully functional kitchen, living room, dining room, a master bedroom with a King bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, one bath, a queen sleeper sofa and a wood-burning fireplace. The upstairs has 8 more beds, another fully functional kitchen and full bath; foosball and air hockey table, sitting area and PS2 game console. NOTE: PRICE VARIES DEPENDING ON THE SPACE YOU REQUIRE. THE PRICE QUOTED IS ONLY FOR THE DOWNSTAIRS. IF YOU NEED THE UPSTAIRS AREA, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL EDIT THE QUOTE TO INCLUDE THE EXTRA SPACE AND CLEANING FEE. If you do not need the additional space upstairs, it is not rented separately, so it will be locked off. The section of the house that is not available on VRBO (the remaining 4,200 square feet) is never rented and only used by our family as a vacation home. There are separate entrances for the VRBO section' and owner's home and there is no shared space.
