Charming Springdale Townhome ~ 5 Mi to Dtwn!

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice furnishings and amenities. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend and stay again in the future.

Great location ten minutes from just about everywhere we wanted to go. The place is well stocked and we had excellent communication from owner.

This is one of the cleanest VRBOs I've been to. Meredith was easy to communicate with. We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was a great location for us. Easy access to lots of restaurants and the highway. Neighborhood was quiet. Check out was super easy as well. Overall, a very good experience.

Fantastic location! Easy to access the campus and local spots! Hosts were wonderful to communicate with and allowed an early check-in! Carpets need refreshed upstairs. Linens need refreshed.

We came to town for shopping and this was a perfect place for that, right around the corner from all the places we wanted to go. All the things we needed, just an overall great experience.

Little cozy house, had everything we needed. Close to the mall and attractions, house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Check out was a bit early compared to other houses we stay at. Would stay again if in the area.

Awesome location for the event we were in town to attend. Hosts were very helpful with all questions we had and quick with response. Home very comfortable and clean. Will plan on staying again next time we are in town.

The place was clean and in a quiet location. We appreciated the notebook that thoroughly convered the how-to of the property and had recommendations for places to eat. It is clear the hosts have thought through how to make their guests comfortable and happy!

Overall, nice place to stay.

Didn't get check in information and had to call the property owner to get access after the check in time. Didn’t have on iron but property owner ordered one and had it same day. Also had a plumbing issues but pretty owner had a plumber out same day and fixed problem. Communication with owner was great after the the check in issues.

The dual master was a perfect set up for my daughter to stay with me when I came to visit her at UARK for the weekend. Owners were quick to respond to communication.

This was a very comfortable stay. The beds were really comfortable. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors a little too easily at times but nothing so bad that we couldn't sleep. The location is great. Just a stone's throw from Fayetteville, and the surrounding area. We are seriously considering buying a home in this area for retirement.

Very nice and clean. Very close and handy to either Fayetteville or NWA. Check in and everything went fine, no issues at all. Great spot for a small group for a game weekend.

Freezer was full of ice litterly from weeks of overruns. Toliets water was cut off on arrival. Come to find out two of three stuck and leaked.
