(There are some great fishing opportunities in the Mountain View area, on the White River and in Blanchard Spring Recreation Area.)brKayaks and canoes are (USUALLY) available on the creek bank. This tiny house is only 15 minutes from the square in Mountain View. The queen bed has extra storage. You get the best of both worlds, beautiful peaceful country setting and town with all of the events close by. You will enjoy going to bed and hearing the crickets and frogs and waking up hearing the early morning birds. brbrThis has a washer and dryer inside, as you can see in the pictures.brbrThere is no cell service, but there is Wifi. If your smart phone has wifi calling capabilities then you can turn that setting on and make and receive calls and texts as if you had normal cell service. My family is closeby, but there is a privacy fence in between this house and our house. You will feel secluded even with me nearby. brbrThere is a grill and fireplace outside for you to enjoy, and you are welcome to pitch a tent even next to the house and have an extra guest or two (no more than two extra guests). Pets are welcome. brbrThere is everything you need in the house for an enjoyable stay. You don’t need to bring any cookware or utensils, I provide everything, even grilling utensils. There is a keurig machine and regular coffee maker. I don’t provide shampoo or other body care products, so be sure to bring those. I do provide keurig coffee products, and I figured it was a fair exchange for the body care products.

Except random tractors, there is zero light or sound pollution, and no other domiciles around. At arrival in the valley, it feels really good. You are out there. It can be unnerving for some. Others, like us, crave just this. 15 minutes from shopping and medical in Mountain View, Arkansas, this is multi-generational homestead acreage – still in the family (John Thomas). brbr brbr~ There is abundant wildlife; turkey, deer and even a shy bear in area. Did we mention cows There are cows on the property. Cows go poop and mooo. - they are carefully selected non aggressive cows. brbr brbr~ The whole house is on a well. It's delicious. But this also means that its clarity can change and it has minerals - minerals can leave film. It is filtered and very drinkable, unless after heavy rains. There is a special dedicated area for catch and release. It is not located directly in front of the house. We will point you to this very near area about a 5 minute walk away. Check out is 11am. brbr~ Taxes and clean/supply fees are always required as is a processing fee that varies depending who you are booking through. brbr~ We cannot accept CANCELLATION variances due to personal reasons or area attraction closures. If we are mandated to close our rental operations, you will be refunded 100% or given the option of credit for future reservations good for 12 months. brbr brbr1. We've lowered the down payment to reserve from 50% to 15%. IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. brbr2. If you need to change your reservation due to COVID-related government mandates, we will apply your monies paid towards future reservation good for 12 months from booking date. brbr3. If you prefer to just cancel, we will retain your monies paid according to the policy timeline, refunding the remainder. We always refund 100% of cleaning and pet fees brbr4. Please note that 3rd party sites like AirBnB have different policies in effect. Please read their fine print. brbr5. Airbnb has an agreement with the state of Arkansas to collect and remit sales tax.
