Casita H (830sf) is part of a 15 unit apartment complex where all units are situated around a saltwater pool. It has a fenced in yard for privacy and carefully chosen furnishings for your comfort and enjoyment. Both bedrooms have king size beds with linens and coordinated decor, the living room has leather furniture, a flat screen tv, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining utensils. A washer and dryer are located in the casita as well. The property is centrally located to all of Tucson's tourist attractions, the University of Arizona and area hospitals. We do provide free secure parking in our gated parking lot for one car per casita. All parking is in assigned parking spaces. Traveling with a second vehicle, they are able to park on the street outside the complex, or if available we do have a few additional parking spaces for rent at $10 per night extra. Dogs up to 60 pounds allowed provided they are not a 'pit bull or pit bull mix', do not bark, and are not left in the unit alone unless crated. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit. NO OTHER TYPES OF PETS!brbrPlease note: hosting a party, or group gathering such as a wedding, funeral, circus, baby showers, birthday parties, dinner parties etc are not allowed and will result in immediate eviction. Plan to have a couple of friends for family members over please just let us know. They will need to park on the street and you will need to escort them in. We do not heat the pool. brbrSmoking is allowed in parking lot only, smoking is not allowed on other areas on this property. You will be asked to leave the property and forfeit the remaining portion of your payment if found to be smoking in the unit or refuse to smoke only in the parking lot. There is also a second full bathroom upstairs with a custom frameless glass shower, dual vanities, and bluetooth connected light and speaker combo. Bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with all of the necessary essentials (ie extra towels/sheets/pillows/blankets, hangers, hampers, shampoo/conditioner/ bodywash, etc)brbrLAUNDRY & PANTRYbrIf your stay requires a washer & dryer, we also have you covered and more! The laundry room is dressed in top-of-the-line LG washer and dryer, iron and board, steamer, and it just looks so cute with the modern farmhouse décor. There’s also a small sink in the laundry room if needed and the space serves well as a pseudo-mud room. brbrGARAGE & PARKINGbrParking is available on the driveway ONLY. The HOA (Homeowner’s Association) in the area does not allow for overnight street parking. The garage space is also not available for guest use. brbrBACKYARD & FRONT PATIObrAs you pull up to the house, you will notice the well-groomed desert-scape of the front yard. We take great pride in maintaining our outdoor yards to be equally pristine as the home’s interior. The front patio has a quaint bistro set sitting comfortably on top of modern wooden tiles.
