Our beautiful desert is incredibly diverse with an abundance of plant and animal life. A hikers dream, with hundreds of scenic hiking trails! Saguaro National Park East is only 18 miles north with some of Tucson’s best! Or, take a scenic drive through the rolling hills south to Sonoita’s wineries, only a 40 minute drive from our home. Nearby Sonoita, is Patagonia Lake, which is also a popular destination. Not only for enjoying year-round fishing, but hosts one of Arizonas best locations for bird watching! Take a day trip down to historic Tombstone where the infamous O.K. Corral shootout in 1881 took place! And from there, a short 20min drive will bring you to the historic mining town of Bisbee. A great spot for walking through the towns streets for shopping and dining. About our home: Our home is in a safe tightnit neighborhood with plenty of parking. Security cameras are located at the front entrance of the house and at the side gate entrance to the backyard. Our spacious kitchen has all the amenities you need for cooking and dining in. The private outdoor living space is lively quaint, nicely shaded, and great for enjoying time outside. Equipped with a dining table for four, gas grill, nicely appointed deck for lounging, and a lovely landscaped yard. The large master suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet with a full size dresser, flatscreen TV, and private bath with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a designated work space and flatscreen TV. The guest bath is just down the hall and is equipped with a shower and bathtub. Adjacent to the laundry room you’ll have access to our garage which has been converted to a gym! It’s an additional fun space with a shuffle board, couch, and flatscreen TV as well. And the living room area welcomes you right in with its lovely charm and eclectic character. There’s plenty of comfortable seating and is great for movie night or reading a book from our library. There is also a pack 'n' play for the little one. If you are using this as a work and play space the desk is located in the family room so you aren't missing out on all the fun. Just above the desk is the tablet that controls the heated pool and spa for your stay. There is a water gallon system located in the kitchen. You can choose to pick up the jugs of water if you would like to use it. Water is also located in the refrigerator. The firepit in the backyard requires propane. If you choose to use it you can bring the tank to the local Ace Hardware about 5 minutes away and they can swap it out or fill it for you.brbrNot everyone wants or needs to heat the pool. Some like a polar plunge! Even with our warm temperatures sometimes you still want that extra warmth in the desert. Please watch your children around the pool at all times. should you want to heat the pool during your stay there will be an additional cost per day. It will be $45 daily for April - October Bookings, and $65 per day for November - March. brbrThe keypad is on the front door. Open unlocked security door to access keypad. Do not lock security door at checkout. There is also garage access. The remote is on the kitchen island. Please leave it there at checkout for the next guest. Surround sound in the family room makes for great movie nights. Upstairs in the master there is another sound system, receiver and remote next to the tv. Propane tank on the rooftop deck will need to be filled by guest should they decide to use it please make sure gas it is turned off before departing.brbrThe home is easily accessible behind the security door is the digital keypad. Please do not lock the security door at checkout. In order to access the keypad, touch the bottom of the circle for the numbers to illuminate.
