Perfect for families or small groups! Your Desert Oasis in the San Tan Mountain Foothills!!

Situated in the San Tan Mountain foothills, this unique recently renovated Santa Fe Adobe style home with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and sleeping accommodations for up to 15 people, is the perfect place for your family or small group visit, small reunion, staycation, ministry team time together or other family style gatherings.

In addition to the home, guests have access to the fenced in outdoor area in front of the home, the rear courtyard, grill, and backyard oasis featuring a pool, mini golf, corn hole and more. Guests have access to a screen projector to turn the courtyard wall into an outdoor big screen to watch sports or a movie using your favorite streaming app! The large welcoming front porch is the perfect spot to catch the beautiful desert sunset over the San Tan mountains. Sunrise over the Superstition Mountains is visible from the backyard. Guest access through the lovely orange grove to the Sport Court at Blossom Ranch, with pickleball and half court basketball, completes this unique short term rental ready to meet family or small group vacation rental needs.

Bedroom Capacity
Bedroom 1 sleeps up to 3: queen bed; twin bed; direct access to hall bath
Bedroom 2 sleeps up to 3: 1 twin ‘little’ loft bed, 1 twin over twin bunk bed with stair access to top bunk (top bunk weight capacity 150 lbs).
Bedroom 3 sleeps up to 3: 1 king bed, 1 twin bed; private bath and private access to backyard oasis. This room may not be suitable for small children to sleep without adult supervision due to private access to backyard. Please review floor-plan and photos.
Bedroom 5 sleeps up to 6: 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, mini fridge, coffee maker, direct access to courtyard and large bath.

No parties or gatherings over 25 people at the Guest House. Overnight guests may not exceed 15 people. No pets.

For convenience there is outdoor parking for up to 6 cars. Parking area may accommodate a horse trailer or RV depending on the size. There are no RV hookup facilities or horse stalls on the ranch available for guest use at this time. Areas outside of the Guest House, front porch area, courtyard, backyard oasis and sport court are private and guest access is not allowed.

Other Phoenix metro area world class sport, culture and lifestyle activities are about an hour or less by car from Blossom Ranch.

The Guest House is hosted by Blossom Ranch Ministry, a laity lead ministry of prayer, hospitality and the practice of presence. The Guest House is located in a rural desert setting with unimproved roads, desert landscape, insects and wildlife. No parties, no large gatherings, no smoking, no weapons. Be considerate of quiet hours and neighbors. Maximum overnight guests is 15. Maximum gathering is 25 people. No parties or events. No pets.
