We've just added an owl box and a bat box to the property! The javelina come through about every other night, plus we've seen a coyote and raccoons. We are located 1.6 miles from downtown in a neighborhood down a long lane on 1.25 acres. There is a meadow and Miller Creek, when it is running. Fry's grocery store is a couple blocks away. We are licensed, inspected and compliant with the City. We have fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors and a first aid kit. Prescott has a Noise Ordinance from 10pm to 8am.
