Private 5 Star Downtown & Rodeo Stylish Decor

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were visiting family that lives about 5 minutes away and that was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was great with lots of utensils, pots and pans. It was warm and cozy. The dog loved the back yard. Only negative was small child size coat hangers so we bought some. Will come back again. Thanks!

What a cute cottage in a convenient location. The cottage was clean and was easy to find. It was so cute and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit to Prescott and the location was perfect.

The house itself was very clean and cozy, in the bedrooms. The couch in the living area was a different story. When we arrived the huge pillows for the sofa were out of the covers and just laying around. I sent a message to the host about it (with pictures) but never heard anything back. My bf managed to get two of the pillows back into the covers (the pillows themselves were filthy by the way; I didn’t really want him to touch them at all) so we could at least sit down on the couch but it was still pretty uncomfortable. We left the backing sofa pillows untouched, and left them where we found them - sitting on top of the two additional seats in the living area in a big mess. Not sure what was going on with that or why it was left that way. It seemed…odd.Other positives -the location of the house is fantastic and that is what makes it worth the price. You really are very close to everything and it is very easy to navigate since Gail Gardner Way is such an important street, it takes you right to downtown or out to the rest of Prescott in just minutes. The kitchen is very nice, although I think it would benefit from a few labels, as in which light switch goes to which set of lights, etc. The bathroom is very nice and large, which is great for an older-type house. I did appreciate the use of the night-light in the bathroom so you could see in the dark.Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would stay again.

This home was absolutely immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The setting was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful home in a tranquil location, this is it. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Property super cute

We have stayed twice in this rental, both times for two nights. What we like is that it is very close to downtown Prescott. The house itself is great for short stays where you will be using it as a home base as we did - mostly eating meals out, spending most of your time out and about. The kitchen is fine for a simple breakfast, but it has limited dishes, mixing bowls, baking pans, etc., if you want to cook something more substantial. Also, there is no grill in the small backyard (which is pretty noisy as Gail Gardner is just over the wall...but inside the house, it is quiet).For our purposes, the house is good - it's very clean, the beds are good, everything works the way it should. I would not recommend it for a long stay, but for a short getaway, it beats the heck out of a hotel, and the location really is great, which is why we have stayed here twice!

The house was very clean, warm and inviting. We had everything we needed. Our host was great and the listing description was very accurate. We enjoyed our time there and would stay there again.

Great visit! Place was exactly as shown. Easy to get in touch with the host, had some difficulty with AC on arrival but Corrie was on the phone quickly and resolved it-we were cool and comfortable all weekend. Will stay again! Thank you Corrie!

The location was wonderful. The kitchen was well supplied. We didn’t use the fireplace, yet the decor was very cozy and inviting. We had everything we needed. Comfy beds and super clean environment.

Cozy place to stay. Perfect for a young family of 4. It was nice to have a fenced in place for the kids. Close to downtown and hiking.

Home is cozy and very comfortable. We were in town to visit friends and family so did not spend much time in the actual house, but for our use, working remotely on Friday and mornings on our own it worked very well. My only caveat would be to plan on parking on the street the rental behind this unit uses the entire driveway. Which is only an inconvenience when unloading and loading luggage.

Great place to stay! Very close to everything you would need. The host was very responsive and home was very clean. We will definitely book this again when visiting Prescott.

The little house was decorated for Xmas when we walked in. So cute. The entire house is very cute, very comfy. No complaints at all. Highly recommend a stay here. Great location--close to downtown but far enough away that you have privacy and quiet.

This cabin is really nice. They spared no expense with the quality of materials and design. Very clean. Neighborhood is quiet. Modern appliances. The value of our stay was very reasonable. We would stay here again!

Our stay was great. The house is small but cute. Biggest challenge was only one bathroom but we made it work. Host was great, no complaints.

Sweet little house, small but still ticks most of the boxes...wish there was a grill, but all in all, comfy with all the amenities and close to everything.The house was very clean, plenty of towels, dish towels, etc. The kitchen could use some more serving dishes, plates, maybe a baking sheet. Stayed here because my daughter had a gymnastics competition. Dog friendly, clean, nice amenities. Parking shared with rear unit, easy to access. Neighborhood is ordinary but I wasn’t staying here for that. Place was quiet. We would stay again.

We traveled from MI to scope out Prescott and the surrounding area for relocation. The VRBO was centrally located and within a 5 minute drive to downtown shops and restaurants. When we arrived at the house, we were taken aback by the run-down neighborhood. The photos of the front exterior are somewhat deceiving. The parking area is quite small and hard to navigate. A word of caution; the front wooden steps are in need of repair or replacement. Otherwise, the interior is quite clean and well apportioned. While there is no designated eating area, the kitchen island has bar stools. Overall, we enjoyed our stay except for the above mentioned steps. BTW: We found a house we love in Prescott Estates and will relocate this summer.

Beautiful and stylish!

The house was in a quite neighborhood and close to the mtb trails and lakes. Very clean, great beds, felt larger than it is. The side yard is enclosed and not visible from the street so we stored our bikes and kayaks safely. Location is a half mile north of the pin on the VRBO website, near the rodeo grounds.
