You’ll have private access to the entire home and main yard. The owner’s tiny home is located in a separate, fully fenced area along the side of the property, where they may occasionally stay. The spaces are completely separate, and your privacy will be respected throughout your stay.

Wildlife frequents the area, please pay attention to your surroundings. Javelina are cute but have poor eyesight and can be defensive because of this. Please keep all gates and the garage door CLOSED so Javelina and other critters do not wander in.

This property receives monthly pest control service. Although we make our best efforts to eliminate pests being in the forest means it's not perfect at all times. If you have any issues, with pests please contact us asap and we will be happy to address them.
