Beautiful Craftsman Style Home Fully Equipped With Comfort In Mind.

I was blown away by the beautiful accommodations and convenient amenities We lacked nothing and were completely comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Beautiful home, clean, spacious and close to town. Several great outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the weather. Great outdoor fire pit. Host was quick to reply and provided easy to follow instructions for check in.

Wonderful Stay — Even Better Than Expected!We just finished our stay at this property, and it was absolutely lovely. Our hosts were fantastic—super communicative, friendly, and incredibly responsive throughout our visit.The house itself is beautifully maintained and exactly as nice as the photos suggest—honestly, even better. We’ve stayed at other vacation rentals where the pictures outshine the real thing, but that was definitely not the case here. This home was spotless, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed.We loved coming “home” to this space every day and truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the property. It made our trip easy, relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable.We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place , very clean and updated. Only issue was it wasn’t clear about the beautiful outdoor space was downstairs. One of our guests is not able to do stairs so we could not enjoy the space .

This is an unbelievable property with everything you could want. Multiple patios, close to everything and less than 5 minutes to the town square. This is now our go-to place to stay when visiting Prescott from now on. Extremely clean, looks like new carpet, hardwod floors, and great furniture. I don't know how you beat it!

House was great and enjoyable. It said no pets allowed however it had a smell of pet urine around the house and the master bed itself was full of dog hair, we woke up with pet air all over our clothes other than that we enjoyed our stay.

House exceptionally clean. Problem with entryinstructions into property. No need to contactowner. Very steep stairs to lower level shouldbe addressed for seniors/childeren.Neighbor hoodis in demise.

We came to Prescott for sons

This was our second time staying in this wonderful home. So well stocked and always a pleasure. Hoping to stay again next year when we come back to town.

This property was organized, cleanly and well designed by the owner. We couldn’t have asked for a more complete and beautiful home to stay in our three days. It was well appointed with every convenience we needed and we will definitely want to come back again. Thank you for everything. PS. Off the kitchen, the sliding door to the patio could use some maintenance as it was noisy and difficult to open. The sinks in the master bedroom were very slow to drain (?). Otherwise the home was perfect!

My husband and i loved staying in this cute craftsman style home. It was super easy check in and out. Home qas very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved rhe various patios you could enjoy. The neighborhood was quiet and yet your still nice and close to downtown Prescott. We enjoyed time on Lake Watson too which was very close. We will definitely be booking this olace to stay again .

This was a great house very well appointed in a great location close to town. Everything in the house was of great quality and its perfect for 2 couples as there upstairs/downstairs bedroom configuration affords privacy. The only thing I would have changed is the patio furniture where the fireplace was could have used a cleaning but I recognize that you have to deal with wind and birds and this might prove difficult to keep clean constantly. I would ABSOLUTELY rent this house again. All 4 of us loved our stay.

Perfect getaway nestled in woods in quiet neighborhood! We loved everything about this location and how well stocked the kitchen was! Close to everything and clean as a whistle! My grandson was getting married in Prescott. We are from the Chicago area. Four adults including the mother of the groom stayed at the home. I have to be honest and say at first I thought the pictures on line did not look like the house when we pulled up . But after a an hour or so I can say it was a very roomy and comfortable house. We had plenty of room and I really liked it w. We had family come and visit Saturday night and enjoyedfamiand enjoyed the family room. I would highly recommend a stay at the house. I’m glad we stayed there instead of a hotel.
