The living space is wood flooring and tile in the en suite bathrooms.brThe living room is bright and cheery and has a sleeper sofa and 2 swivel recliners. A beautiful working desk with supplies in the common area can accommodate a comfortable work from home environment. brThe beautiful kitchen overlooks the park, 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter, 4 tv trays and a table with 4 chairs outside under the gazebo with cafe lights, for your dining enjoyment. brThere are security locking screen doors on the front and back doors to let all the fresh mountain air in.brThe front porch has 2 chairs to relax on and enjoy your favorite cocktails, coffee and watching the seasonal parades go by. brThe relaxing backyard has no fencing on the street side, and 2 tandem parking spots with evening lighting. There is plenty of free street parking for you and your guest.
