Daily and Weekly Discounts do not apply for Summer reservations of more than 10 days and $15 a night will be added to the nightly rate for reservations of 10 or more nights . The Cleaning Fee is $150 for 1-6 people, $175 for 7-8 people and $200 for 9-10. The Administration Fee is a combination of the REFUNDABLE Security/Key Deposit, the REFUNDABLE Pet Deposit (if applicable) and the VRBO Visa Payment Fee and will be adjusted depending on your group size, the amount of pets and the nightly rate. The REFUNDABLE Security/Key Deposit is $150 for 1-4 people, $200 for 5-6 people, $250 for 7-8 people and $300 for 9-10 people. I REFUND your Security Deposit on the day you check out after the cleaning company cleans the cabin, I DON'T CHARGE THE NON-REFUNDABLE Damage Insurance Fee.
