Stayed Nov 28, 2024This was our first experience using this kind of service. Upon arrival we were greeted with a sink full of dishes, dirty countertops/floors/bathrooms, & untidy beds. The host was notified, he responded quickly and was overall very communicative. We were unable to make other accomadations on such short notice, so we decided to make the most of our situation, and stay. We were granted access to cleaning supplies and extra bed sheets/towels. The host refunded the cleaning fee for our stay but no other accomodations were made for the oversight or inconvenience. Despite our first impression and once we cleaned up, the place was cozy & nicely furnished/decorated, just wish we were able to enjoy it right from the beginning.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024This was probably our worst experience with a VRBO stay. We drove 5 hours to this location with a horse trailer (no horses just the trailer) this was our half way stop to our final destination. We arrive to a filthy rental. The cleaning crew never came before we arrived. All of the blankets/sheets on beds were used and dirty, bathrooms filthy, crumbs and food all over the floors, couches, kitchen. No toilet paper, bathrooms covered in hair and tooth paste. Clearly this rental was def lived in before we arrived. I reached out to the host and he was unable to get a cleaning crew there for us. We had to stay the night regardless because of how late it was and with us having a horse trailer it was impossible to find another place to stay on such short notice. Luckily, my husband brought a cot that we were able to sleep on. So we paid over $200 for one night in a filthy Vrbo stay. I took many photos of the condition when we arrive and offered to send to the host because i wanted a refund. He won’t respond to my request. Will never stay here again.

Stayed Jul 7, 2023We loved this house and the property, it was perfect! Had everything we needed and was very comfortable for us and our three kids. The house has anything you need and the location was close to everything. This was our first time in the Show Low/Pinetop area and we loved it! We will be back and stay longer. Thank you
