Adjacent to the bedroom/kitchen is a private bath with a shower and towels. Soap and a hair dryer are supplied. Extended range high speed Internet is provided. Highchairs and Pack N Plays are available to rent.brbrOur cozy and comfortable studio guesthouse adjoins the barn which has two 12 X 15 ft stalls. Both stalls are matted and have a fan plus a gate to the turn out area. Additional amenities include a grooming area, wash rack with mats, a private, well appointed, climate-controlled tack room and two large turn out areas. Barn, tack room and grounds are well lit for optimal safety and to facilitate horse care. The outdoor kitchen is surrounded by a large gathering area with a dining table and other comfortable seating choices.
