Mtn-View Gem w/ Fire Pit & Deck in Payson

Parking is terrible it sleeps 15 people but good parking for 1 vehicle. the house is nice overall.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The cabin was beautiful and everyone had a really good time.

We enjoyed the beautiful home. However, we had to wash our own bedding. The sheets and blankets were dirty. The washing machine did not work well. We had to rewash the same load a couple of times. And make sure we were watching it because it would stop randomly.

This property was very comfortable for a large group. We had no complaints. Lots of things for the kids to do.Due to the amount of stairs inside as well as to your parking space you probably need to post not handicapped accessible.

Family loved it!

Loved the accommodations. Spent lots of time on wrap around porch drinking morning coffee and wine in the evenings. Quiet neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen. Very clean. We would book again when returning to Payson. Highly recommend.

We had a great time overall, with a few exceptions. The A/C didn’t work properly, and although Scott was fantastic about trying to fix it by sending someone to check the unit, the house was simply too big for it to cool efficiently—especially the bedrooms in the basement. The first night was pretty uncomfortable, and it took about 15 hours for the house to cool down. Even then, the basement bedrooms stayed warm. Once the upstairs finally cooled off and the sun went down, things were much more enjoyable. We also noticed that the neighbors were not very friendly, which put a bit of a damper on our stay. On the bright side, we did get to see elk from the back patio, which was a wonderful experience.

We rented this property with two other families for a baseball tournament over Memorial Day weekend. The property was great. The gathering spaces between the living room, the game room, and the wrap around patio were amazing for everyone to hang out. There was also a ton of space for everyone to have privacy while sleeping. The property was close and convenient to town. Would highly recommended this property to anyone with a large group who is looking to get away.

We needed a house for our entire family to visit and enjoy an 80th birthday! Perfect house for a family with younger kids. The gameroom games were all a huge hit to keep all ages entertained!

This location was close to town and the park for fishing. Very relaxing and my family enjoyed our stay so much!!

We enjoyed our daughter’s birthday weekend at this beautiful cabin. It’s the perfect cabin for multiple families with enough space and games to keep the kids occupied. Thank you for allowing us to rent the home for the weekend.

We all had a blast at this very comfortable house! The home has everything you need and the kiddos loved the garage/basement game room. There were many hang out spots for visiting. All the beds were very comfortable too. We loved it all!
