Hohokam Park is steps away and it offers basketball court, lighted tennis courts, playground, picnic areas, walking/biking trails and paths. A short trail will take you to a second park with a volleyball field and additional basketball court.brThe desert is literally out your front door with open views of the mountains. Have your morning coffee on the patio surrounded by mountains, birds and the wildlife. We have javelinas, bobcats, coyotes, deer, rabbits, quails, roadrunners, hawks and more.brEnjoy early sunrises and the beauty of the Catalina Mountains that change their colors just about every second as the day goes on. If you’re lucky enough to experience one of our fast and short rains, don’t miss looking for the rainbow that’s almost guaranteed to be shinning out there. And, of course, you’ll be able to see the bright sunset skies too from your spacious front yard.brThis one story home has been fully remodeled and tastefully decorated in 2023. Everything is new at time of renovation: furniture, appliances, bed linens etc. There is a den/office making it a great place to retreat with a book or work away from home. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Master bedroom offers a king size bed, walk-in closet, a TV and a private bathroom with shower and double vanity. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, walk-in closet and a hall bath with a tub/shower.brEnjoy watching your flat screen TV. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). Here are just a few: the desert with many walking trails, parks, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball and bicycle paths are all right outside your door. Oro Valley Aquatic Center is close by with all the fun water activities. A quick drive away is Oro Valley Recreation Center (3.8 miles). For a daily pass or a monthly membership you have access to: fitness center, driving range, golf, pickleball court, pool, tennis court, putting/chipping green, racquetball court. brThe Gaslight Music Hall offers live performances and it is only minutes away. brIf you enjoy hiking, Catalina State Park is only 4.5 miles away. There is more hiking at Sabino Canyon, Pima Canyon. And, of course, there are plenty of golf courses around.
