Comfortable, updated condo with pool & hot tub

Overall, the stay was nice. We have stayed on these grounds in other units before, so we know and really enjoy the property grounds. Because we have stayed here before, the picture marked exterior view is deceiving. We expected that the unit would be on the inside loop of the properties given that is what the picture depicted and we assumed that to mean this was a picture of the actual unit we were renting, that was not the case. The twins beds were terribly uncomfortable, and for this reason alone and ONLY this reason, we would not stay at this unit again. The other things that we enjoyed at other units were also not available to us here, but it wouldn't be a reason not to stay. Extra towels (only 4 per each unit), beach towels, only one stool in a unit that sleeps 4 and no spatula for cooking on the stove (but there was one for the grill!!). The king bed was extremely comfortable and the cleanliness of the unit was good.

Close to son’s family, swimming, hiking trails. Many family meals in well appointed kitchen.Close to restaurants. Easy access to morning walks. Shaded Patio comfortable throughout day for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Love the location. The unit needs some maintenance work.

Great stay once we able to get the front lock to work on the properety.

Stayed at the property over the holidays. Clean and good location, apartment smelled like lingering smoke and looked a bit lived in. Mid way through the stay, the HVAC broke, communication with the management company was intermittent from first reporting the issue. Does the job but would likely not stay again.

Needs some general maintenance and floors need to be mopped

Super convenient

I wish we would have known this was on a busy corner and patio sitting was not enjoyable or peaceful. The cooking pans were the coated variety and badly scratched and chipped. I went to plug an unplugged lamp in by the bed and noted it very dirty The living room furniture was pretty worn and used. The carpet looked filthy and had a crunch one sees in a really poor cleaning job. Loved the pool and hot tub. Loved the location and the shuttered golf course for walking. The washing machine is old and musty smelling. This condo needs to be emptied and scrubbed.

Loved our Condo stay. Beautiful Condo, had all the amenities we needed. Very spacious and location was great. Lots of great paths to walk. Lovely pool and hot tub. Definitely used the gas grills provided by the pool. Couldn’t ask for more! Would stay there again.

My wife and I spent 11 nights here, and really loved the place. It was very clean when we arrived, spacious, nicely appointed, well-stocked kitchen for preparing food, excellent in every way
