All beds are high quality for a comfortable nights rest. brbrIn-floor heating keeps this cozy cabin very comfortable, along with an electric fireplace for heat and ambience. Portable electric heaters are in each room for added comfort if needed. Being at 6800ft elevation, the average summer temperature is in the mid 80's. Open the windows to provide fresh and cool mountain air. On rare occasion it can get in the 90's, so a portable AC is provided for your comfort ( 1 in Main Living/Dining, and 1 in each bedroom ).brbrIn the main room is a 65 flat screen TV, DVD player with Netflix access, high speed internet service, bar, electric heating fireplace and a dining table that seats 7 comfortably. CableTV is provided on all TV's.brbrThough the kitchen area is small and lacks a full size oven, it does have everything else needed to prepare and serve meals for the whole family.brbrOutside you will find a wrap around deck with propane BBQ, picnic table and outdoor seating. The launch ramp and fishing dock is right around the corner! brbr***We just added a fence around the property for your children & pets to play with no worries of running off. brbrWe are huge animal lover and believe everyone should be allowed to bring their furry kids ( Dog's Only Max 2 ) with them on vacation, however due to prior inconsiderate guests with pets who have damaged the property and unable to pick up after their animals, I am now forced to charge a pet fee of $30 ( Per Pet )(no cats allowed). This property is fenced in so you're doggies can run free. Also being in the Mountains, there are natures insects and animals in the area so stay alert. You'll see when you get here. The floors lean just a bit. Not all the door fully shut along with lots of other little things. We like to call all that character. It feels like what you would imagine it would feel like at your own family cabin.brbrThe main cabin has 5 bedrooms. The main floor has a large living/family room and kitchen. It also has a laundry room, full bathroom, and a sun room.brbrOn the second floor you have 4 bedrooms with a ton of beds and a full bathroom.brbrThe third floor has a king bed, a full bathroom, and a media room with 4 futons for extra sleeping and a mini foosball table.brbrThe barndominium has 2 bedrooms upstairs.
