Our Family was pleased with the location, amenities, & spacious Rooms.

Perfect family getaway! The home was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. We loved the peaceful setting, beautiful views, and thoughtful touches throughout. Great location for outdoor fun and family time. The host was great at communicating. We’d happily stay here again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable! The fireplace in the back room made everything feel so inviting. We enjoyed playing pool and the kids loved the beautiful back yard. The spa tub is to die for. We got to see a family of deer every morning! You will love this place!

Great property we wanted a fenced backyard and this was perfect awesome deck with grassy yard. House was more then big enough and very well stocked. Look forward to going back. Great host.

We had a very pleasant stay. The home had plenty of games and large outdoor space for our family and (2) dogs. Prime location for hiking , walking and fishing. Conveniently located to stores for last minute items. Check in/ Check out seamless. We will be back!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. There was plenty of room and utensils for all. Everything we wanted or needed was provided and more. The property is perfect for a family with plenty to keep you occupied.Wonderful property and highly recommended.

Tucked away in Pinetop, this location checks all the boxes for what we want. Plus the owner is a great communicator. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of games to play in and out of the house. The house had all the amenities we needed to have an enjoyable time. Close to lakes, ski resort, and plenty of stores near by. Would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place for family and friends. Inside and out were beautiful. Had a great time and spent most of the time in the game room or dining room table playing cards and games.

The house was beautiful and the rooms accommodated the whole family. The game room, basketball court and backyard was a hit for the grandkids - they loved it. We definitely plan to reserve again if another occasion comes up for us to stay in Pinetop. Askwali (Thank you).

The property had all of the amenities as identified in the posting. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with sleeping accommodations for 16 people. Unfortunately, the stains in the carpet were concerning (only because we were afraid of getting blamed for them), there were no drinking glasses-- plenty of dinnerware, but we had to use that we're dirty nnn one cup after the other which made us concerned annoy the rest of the dishes and cutlery. A storm hit and the power went out for a short moment. I was surprised there were no candles. Finally, sleeping accommodations for 14 were upstairs with only one small bathroom (4 ft tub/ shower) to share. It could be fun for a group of young skiiers sharing the cost of the home, but a little uncomfortable for family & friends & acquaintances. We never reached out for the property management but a response was required.

We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the space and all the activities, from pool to cornhole to the piano. The weather was amazing and we spent most of our stay on the awesome back patio with the big fenced yard for our pup to roam.

Nice little get away with my kids and grandkids. Great yard for the kids to run around and play. Place was very nice and clean. The kids loved the playroom.

House is great! Slept the 8 of us (5 adult, 3 teens) very nicely! Loved the extras especially the coffee and pool table! Close to just about everything here! The host was very responsive with a problem I created myself by not adding the dogs in at first. They were also very responsive with a question I had upon arrival.I'd stay here again, we made some pretty great family memories this year!

We spent a short week here (family of four and our dog. Beautiful spacious house, great games and fun options, gorgeous lawn in a spacious gated backyard, great location right near town. Incredibly stocked kitchen, appliances, tools, knives etc. Comfy beds, huge bedrooms.

We had a wonderful time here. Plenty of nice sized beds, awesome game room, clean and well stocked. The back yard was perfect for the dogs to run around and get some energy out. Would definitely stay here again
